    New ways of following the HOA

    In an effort to increase how the you the homeowners can keep up with the HOA, we are now providing some new utilities for your benefit.

    You can now Opt-in to receive HOA Communication via Email related to upcoming HOA Board or HOA Annual meeting(s) and when news/events are added to the HOA website. To do so, visit the form << here >>, or under the Members menu.

    In addition you can subscribe to the RSS Feed for this website using various applications such as Mozilla Firefox, Ioreader, Feedly, or others. The RSS Feed address is duncansridgehoa.com/feed. If you want to see an RSS feed in action or want help setting one up, check on the Duncans Ridge Facebook page, or email the HOA board and someone can talk with you about it.

    Road Signage Project

    The Duncans Ridge Capital Improvement Committee (CIC) is excited to communicate that the Road Signage Project is scheduled for installation and completion by Carolina Mailboxes during the week of August 7 (weather permitting).

    Included in the signage project are custom stop signs, street signs, a number of combination street blade and stop signs, speed limit sign, no outlet sign and a new caution sign.

    Project Complete
