HOA Board Meeting

Annual Meeting Results:

• There was a delay in the ballot review for several reasons.  The HOA and CAS apologizes for this and will
  review the process in our first meeting of 2024 to fully understand the delays and improve the 2025 ballot
  process.  Regardless, we had 37 different homeowners/lots that voted.
• Based on the results at the bottom of the email, Caleb (previous member, term had expired), Anthony,
  Michelle, Clare, Jordan and Paul will join the HOA BOD.
• The budget and social committee was passed
• The recording of the meeting was provided previously but we have not provided meeting minutes due to not
  having any secretary on the board.  Once we have a new secretary elected we will update everyone.

Gander Development/Gated community update

• We continue to work with our legal team and NCDOT.  Process was delayed over the holidays but we
  should receive another update this week and will report
• Gander has scheduled another virtual meeting for January 16th.  This will now include all
  surrounding homeowners and not just some.  This is required before they can file with Holly Springs
  for said changes.
