Annual Meeting

Due to COVID-19 there will be a virtual informational meeting via Zoom to be followed by a separately mailed ballot for voting purposes.

This meeting will consist of presentations by the board and will be muted. Should there be sufficient time, questions related to the agenda may be brought to the attention of the board by raising your hand, the Zoom manager will then unmute that person for sharing their question.

Board Elections

There are three board positions whose terms are completed this year. If you are interested in serving on the board please email Carol at [email protected], no later than 15 October 2020 so she can put your name on the ballot. Ballots will be mailed to all owners after the virtual meeting and must be returned to CAS by the specified date. Until the ballots are received and processed the current board will remain in place.

NOTES

A quorum of at least 10% of the ownership by ballot is required to hold a valid homeowner meeting.
